This quick guide is for people who're not at all serious about losing weight and end up giving up every time they start! Yes this guide is for you guys! I don't want you to lose weight, I want you to just change some thing, weight loss will be it's effect.
Lets get couple things straight. Here's how to lose weight in one line - Eat less be more active. But this is entirely f'd up isn't it.. so put that in trash.
Eating less is probably not an option since your body has been used to what you've been eating. What we're left here with is either doing exercise or feel like you've had enough so you don't eat much. Lets see..
You gotta incorporate both. Eat what you've been eating, but exercise and eat more! yes eat more, not what you've been eating but add something to it, that something is vegetables, yes, before you start your daily meal fill your stomach with lots of vegetable. This is step you cannot ignore. You've got to eat more vegetables if you want to eat less crap. Yes vegetables suck, but be like cow for just 30 seconds and eat shit tons of vegetables.
Do that for couple week, no exercise needed. Just eat more vegetables. Now that you're in routine start doing some exercises. What's good exercise for fat people? uphill walk. Normal walk. Punching in air or other easy on knees exercises.
Do not just dive in, take it easy, very very easy. Don't force yourself with anything, just daily, anytime start your workout. You can start punching in air for 10 seconds(20 punches maybe i don't know). But thing to make sure it to increase it daily, first day 10 secs 2nd day 15 and so on..
That's all you need to lose weight. Add vegetables. Exercise regularly while having fun. Forget about losing weight.
